Associate Vice President - Sales Representative

David is a graduate of the University of Toronto. He graduated in 2013 with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Biology and Geography and minoring in professional writing and communication.

David began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2014 and focuses on selling and leasing commercial and industrial properties within the Greater Toronto Area.

David has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords across a diverse array of industries including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and medical.

The diversity of David’s client base and transaction history enables him to quickly establish his client’s industry specific real estate needs. He recognizes the unique real estate requirements of each client and business whether it’s an impending lease expiry, requirement to lease a new property, or guiding a property owner through the sale of an environmentally contaminated property.

David applies his extensive market knowledge, strategic planning and transaction management to each transaction and ensures clear and concise communication with his clients from the initial correspondence to closing.
